Q: Does a Salem Glen Golf & Country Club membership come included with my new home?
A: Yes. Buyers may select a Full Golf Membership, a Sports Membership, or a Clubhouse Membership.

Q. What privileges does a Full Golf membership include?
A. A Full Golf membership includes privileges to all of Salem Glen Golf & Country Club's amenities including the golf course, swimming pool, dining room, member's only areas and social events.

Q: What privileges does a Sports membership include?
A: A Sports membership includes privileges to the swimming pool, dining room, member's bar, and social events.

Q: What are the respective monthly dues for a Full, Sports, & Clubhouse Membership?

Q: Is there a monthly dining requirement?
A: Yes, there is a $48 monthly food minimum for all Salem Glen Members.

Q: Am I required to join the Club?
A: No.

Q: As a Resident, can I use the swimming pool?
A: The swimming pool is owned by Salem Glen Golf & Country Club, and is for use by Club members only.

Q: If I do not elect to join now, but want to at a later date, what happens?
A: New buyers have a thirty-day period following the close of their new home to activate their free Club membership. If they choose not to activate their free Club membership at that time, they may join the Club at a later date, if memberships are available, with the payment of the then current initiation fee.

Q: Is my membership transferable to the next buyer?
A: No. Neither Residential Memberships nor Swim and Social memberships are transferable.
